Je viens d’être admise au Conservatoire royal de Bruxelles, je cherche donc à me loger toutes les semaines quelques jours par semaine à Bruxelles. Je recherche simplement un endroit calme où dormir et prendre une douche. Je suis prête à apporter une petite contribution financière bien sûr mais la plus petite possible car la plupart de mes économies va passer en Thalys. Je peux proposer en revanche de donner des cours de chant, de français, d’anglais, un concert, surveiller les devoirs de vos enfants, aller les chercher à l’école, préparer des dîners, être une présence pour des personnes isolées …

I’m a French music student from Paris. I’ve just been accepted to the Conservatoire Royal in Brussels a week ago.
I’m studying lyrical / opera singing there, with a very good teacher but my life and a lot of the auditions are in Paris, that’s why I don’t plan to settle in Brussels. I plan to be there 3 or 4 days so 2 or 3 nights a week during the week. Probably from Monday or Tuesday to Thursday. I need to go back to Paris on Thursdays and for the weekend. I’m looking for a simple room, in exchange, I can supervise children’s homework or go pick them at school, do some babysitting … Depending on the hours. Even teach singing or help with music learning in general. Of course I can also teach French. I was raised with an attention to good food and cooking, one of my uncle went to the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, so I’m able to cook various and balanced meals using vegetables in season. I might attend evening concerts sometimes, as is it part of my learning, or sometimes even sing myself on evenings. But it won’t be every week. I’ve already been in charge of children in France, and I have recommandations. On the side I’m also a translator from English to French, so I’m pretty fluent in English.
If possible I’m looking for a free or very cheap accommodation since I’ll need to use the Thalys every week which is expensive !
