Dear Gens de Confiance,
Im looking for a preferably a female university student 25 and under to sublet my student studio in Paris while I’m away on my Erasmus exchange in Italy for 5 months, from Oct 11 2026 to Feb 28 2027.
The price is 650 per month all included, and 500 for the deposit.
The dorm has furniture with built-in storage, so its perfect to just arrive with your luggage and move in for an exchange/internship/etc !
The area is super calm and lovely, the studio gets lots of natural light. Theres bois de vincennes just 10 min away from bike, the BnF nearby to study, and the 13e to get cheap and yummy asian food.
For public transport, Metro line 8 and RER D into the city as well as a velib doc at the end of the street.
Please text me on whatsapp for a video of the room as I can’t upload one here !
