We are subletting our spacious family apartment in Sèvres, on Rue Renan, from June 10 until the end of August for €2,500/month.
The apartment is 92m², well laid out, and can sleep up to 6 people. It is also ideal for remote work, with enough space for four people to work in separate rooms at separate tables.
The apartment includes :
* one bedroom with a double bed;
* two double sofa beds, one in a separate office/bedroom and one in the living room;
* three separate rooms that can be used as bedrooms or offices;
* a spacious living room;
* a separate kitchen with a dining table;
* a separate WC and bathroom;
* a terrace and a small balcony.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. A private parking space is also included in the building, just downstairs.
The location is very convenient : it is only a 2-minute walk from Sèvres Rive Gauche station, with direct trains to Paris Montparnasse in 15 minutes.
Viewings are possible from tomorrow through Tuesday.
