Chers Gens de Confiance ! My apartment is available for rent starting immediately (July) through August with a possibility of extending the duration. It is a peaceful 1 bedroom, large living room, full bathroom and kitchen with balcony near Metro line 12 (Marx Dormoy) with Parking & Elevator. I have found a lot of artists living in this area and nearby is a very sweet market and Boulangeries. It is on the second floor of a secure building. The apartment overlooks an interior garden, nature sounds, quiet environment. A large kitchen which is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. The bathroom features a large and spacious shower. A video projector is available for watching movies or working on a large screen. A USB-C to HDMI adapter is provided. The apartment is bright, comfortable, and well located for exploring Paris while enjoying a peaceful and nature setting. Guitars visible in some photos will not be present when rented :)
